To make the Irish Shot, combine equal parts Irish whiskey and Baileys Irish Cream in a shot glass, layering the cream first. Drop the shot into a half-full glass of Guinness.

Ingredients:

• ½ ounce Bailey’s Irish Cream
• ½ ounce Jameson Irish Whiskey
• ¾ pint Guinness Stout (1 beer)

Instructions:

1. Layer Bailey’s Irish Cream and Jameson Irish Whiskey in a shot glass, starting with Bailey’s at the bottom.
2. Fill a pint glass or beer mug about ¾ full with Guinness and let it settle.
