You can use your resort credit for extra services that would normally have an additional cost like spa services, private beachside picnics, or romantic dinners, just to name a few.

What can resort credit be used for?

For those wondering why you’d need resort credits when you are at an all inclusive resort, let me explain. Luxury resorts, even all inclusive ones, will always offer extra hotel services which usually carry additional charges. These charges are then counted at the end of your stay and if you have any resort credits, they are subtracted from your bill. Who wouldn’t want an upgraded experience on us?

Although all inclusive vacation packages give access to all restaurants and bars, there are some premium food and beverages on the menu that attract additional charges. How does resort credit work?

It’s a no-brainer, really. Once you book one of our promotions, your resort credits become yours to use to upgrade your luxury experiences as you please. As mentioned above, there are different ways to take advantage of your resort credits and pay for certain extra hotel services.

Now that we’ve discussed what resort credits are and the different ways you can use them, it's essential that you also know what is not covered. You can't use it to pay for in-room mini-bar consumption, shopping at Palmita Market, Delicatessen, or food from the room service menu. Neither for tipping nor gratuities.

Another important thing to note is that resort credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash. And neither are you able to save it for your next visit as it is only valid per stay, per reservation, and per room.
